The New World Order now controls the Money, Communications, Military, Education, Health Care, Government, Police, Churches and the majority of Food Production in the World.  Now "They" are just making sure that People have nothing to eat that "They" do not provide.  That ensures that People will have to eat the poisons which control their behavior and create disease by mal-nutrition that will ensure that the People will need "health-care" in order to suck every last dime the People can scrounge just to stay alive in order to enrich a few Ultra-Wealthy Families which control the World.

Great plan!  You have to admire the fact that these few Ultra-Wealthy Families have been plying this plan for centuries without distraction, generation to generation.
